The 21-Day Easy Trim Diet is intended to jump-start your weight-loss. Whether you have five pounds to lose or one hundred, this diet gives you an easy-to-follow guideline that has a flexible nutrition plan where normal everyday foods can be eaten. At the end of the 21-day plan, you may choose to move to the 3-week maintenance plan or repeat the process until you have reached your weight-loss goals.
Easy Trim teaches the proper amounts of proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats and sugars that can be consumed daily. During your participation in our program you will have two visits with a physician to monitor your success. Fat-burner and/or B-12 injections with a quick weigh-in are offered weekly to support your weight-loss effort. Each person’s lifestyle is evaluated and monitored individually so we will help you establish guidelines based on your specific needs.
